Sam Thompson has sparked concern among fans as he experience a 'dream come true' moment. The reality star and presenter is currently in Australia having returned a year on from winning I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.
The reigning King of the Jungle has headed back down under as one of the co-hosts of I'm A Celebrity: Unpacked, the spin-off show which airs every night after the main ITV show on ITV2, alongside Joel Dommett and Kemi Rodgers.
The first show aired on Sunday night (November 17) following the main show's series opener, hosted by usual duo Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly and has since continued with first looks at the bushtucker trials, celebrity guests and also interviews with the main hosts themselves.

Alongside a photo of the trio beaming for the camera, with Ant resting his head on Sam's shoulder as he stood in between the famous Geordie duo, Sam wrote to his millions of Instagram followers: "It's happening! A dream come true….for one of us."
Sam's girlfriend Zara was quick to respond to the post, writing: "You slot in pretty well," alongside a string of crying laughing emojis. Fans, meanwhile, were thrilled to see the update.
