SA men's hockey humbled again after Indian thrashing

The South African men's hockey side lost again on Sunday in their FIH Pro League clash against India in Potchefstroom, going down 10-2.

It is the exact same scoreline they suffered against the same opposition last week. 

South Africa took an early lead in the contest with Daniel Bell finding the net, but that optimism was short-lived as India then countered with seven unanswered goals of their own. 

Connor Beauchamp was the other South African goal scorer on the day.

The result leaves the Proteas bottom of the eight-team Pro League log, having lost all four of their matches so far - two against India and two against the Netherlands. 

South Africa are next in action on Tuesday when they host France.
