Rylan issues 'frightful' update over teeth after launch of new Dating Naked show

Rylan Clark has shared a "frightful" moment when he saw his teeth magnified on the big screen.

The Radio 2 celebrity recently unveiled his new Paramount TV show, 'Dating Naked', with an exclusive cinema screening. The show, which could be described as a bare-all version of 'Love Island', features 10 singletons searching for love without the barrier of clothing.

As the show progresses, new singles join in, potentially disrupting established connections.

The 35 year old host organised a special preview of 'Dating Naked' this week, with its television debut set for Friday. Rylan recounted the experience during his 'Rylan on Saturday' show on Radio 2, chatting with Orna Merchant.

He commented: "I did a launch this week for my show and we were in a cinema, seeing my teeth that big on a screen, it was frightful.", reports the Mirror.

Orna responded reassuringly: "Your teeth are lovely."

However, Rylan humorously retorted: "In real life they are. But 4K, 400m tall, absolutely not, I thought I was watching Jaws."

It's known that Rylan invested about £25,000 in porcelain veneers back in 2013, prior to his stint as the presenter of 'Big Brother's Bit on the Side'. He has often reflected on this choice as both the best and worst decision he's made.

Speaking candidly to the Daily Star, Rylan said: "These teeth were the best and worst decision of my life. For the first three months of Big Brother, I was a terrible TV presenter, but everyone was just talking about my teeth."

He added: "By the time they'd stopped talking about my teeth, I was good at my job. Literally, I learned on the job!"
