Rylan Clark told 'well said' as he offers 2024 assessment before 'mysterious' 2025 update
Rylan Clark was told by fans 'well said' as he rounded off his 2024 with a simple assessment before sharing a fresh update for the new year ahead.
It goes without saying that the BBC Radio 2 has had another busy 12 months in the showbiz world. As well as continuining to host his Saturday afternoon show on the station, he has also appeared on BBC Two alongside Rob Rinder in their first ever travel series, hosted a new Paramount+ show, Dating Naked UK, and Amazon Prime reality series, Hot Mess Summer.
Rylan was also back fronting the coverage of Eurovision for Radio 2 alongside Scott Mills, interviewed pop divas Mariah Carey and Kylie Minogue, and rounded off the year by heading back into panto, where he played The Spirit of the Beans at Cliffs Pavilion.
But as 2024 came to an end, the 36-year-old didn't join in with the stream of social media posts showing highlights of the 12 months that had just passed.
Across a black backdrop, Rylan typed: "2024. No pics, no vids, it was just a great one." And the update came as a relief to some, while his celeb pals were intrigued.
Actress and comedian Emily Atack said: "Ooooof she’s mysterious." BBC Radio and TV presenter OJ Borg replied: "I demand photographic evidence." @clairefrills commented: "Thank f**k for that. Don’t think I can bear another round up! HNY." @leah__bekah posted: "Love the sentiment of this." @karenlowe221828 added: "Well said. Here’s to a happy 2025."
Rylan did later return with a post seemingly teasing he may have a lot planned for year ahead. Across another black backdrop, the former X Factor and Big Brother star wrote: "2025. Pending..." alongside the spinning circle when something is loading on your computer or phone.
And fans were again quick to show
