Rylan Clark asks 'why' as he's publicly 'raffled off' to '6 foot 5' man years after marriage split
Rylan Clark was left asking why he was being 'raffled off' as his friend made a fresh appeal to find him a new partner. Fans of the TV and radio star will know that his marriage to former Big Brother star Dan Neal came to an end in 2021.
The pair met on Big Brother's Bit on the Side - which Rylan was hosting - in 2015 and they became engaged the following year. Rylan and Dan, an ex-Met Police detective, walked down the aisle in 2016 and kept their relationship away from the public eye.
The news of his marriage coming to an end emerged amid Rylan's four-month break from the spotlight and it wasn't until later that he opened about his struggles during that period. But as speculation began as to why he had pulled out of his show before his split was rumoured, Rylan confirmed the separation in a statement.

As for Rylan's love life now, the BBC Radio 2 star is regularly questioned on whether he's dating but it appears friend Thomas Skinner is desperate to get him set up and sent out a fresh appeal during their latest outing in London's fancy Mayfair on Wednesday evening (June 19).
