Ryan Thomas says 'I knew something wasn't right' as he speaks out after emotional Dancing on Ice appearance
Ryan Thomas has said he 'knew something wasn't right' as he spoke out following an emotional appearance on Dancing on Ice. The actor was back on the ice on Sunday night (January 28) for his second performance in the ITV skating competition.
It was the first time all the remaining celebrities performed in the same show and it was Movie Week down at the rink. However, there was additional pressure on the couples as there was no skate-off meaning the next celebrity to leave was based on the judges' scores and public vote alone.
Ryan kicked off week three of the ITV show's 2024 series with an elegant routine to Pure Imagination from Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory. The former Coronation Street star dressed as Wonka in a purple velvet coat for the performance which featured dramatic high lifts with his skating partner Amani Fancy.

After the couple scored 25 points, judge Christopher Dean said his performance was "more polished" than last week but explained he had to make some deductions for a few stumbles. Oti Mabuse added that this routine was slower than his previous one which made it “more exposing” but assured him he can come back from the performance stronger.
Following his routine, Ryan was left emotional as he spoke to Holly and Stephen, he said: "I'm just glad it's over because its been such a build up, I haven't seen my family all week and I saw Roman in the audience there and nearly went. Just to get out there and do it, there was a few bits wrong with it but the pressure gets to you in this show. It's really, really
