Ryan Giggs kicked ex-girlfriend and locked her out of hotel rooms naked in 'incessant' abuse, trial hears

Ryan Giggs' former girlfriend claims she found evidence that he'd had 'affairs' with eight other women while they were together, as she claimed the former footballer once locked her outside a hotel room naked following a row.

PR executive Kate Greville told police that she had regarded Mr Giggs as her 'soul mate' and that she hoped to start a family with the former Manchester United and Wales star.

But she claims that Mr Giggs subjected her to 'incessant' abuse during their on-off relationship via messages or email. She also alleged he became violent, and claimed he kicked her in the back and then threw a laptop bag at her in a London hotel room, before leaving her on the corridor naked and locked out.

The evidence was heard on the second day of Mr Giggs' trial, where he denies using controlling and coercive behaviour against Ms Greville. One of his companies, GG hospitality, was working with the firm, the court heard.
