RTÉ GAA Podcast: Tribesmen on a quest and life on Tailteann Bubble

It was another compelling weekend of football in the Allianz League... less so in the hurling, so we'll focus on the big ball with Kevin McStay and Malachy Clerkin joining Mikey Stafford and Rory O’Neill.

It was a good weekend for Dublin as they recovered some of their swagger to beat Donegal, but relegation is still a possibility next weekend against Monaghan in Clones. Mayo’s second string did little to impress in Omagh, while Kerry’s relentless march to a league final that many seem keen to avoid goes on.

In Division 2, Galway made a huge statement against Derry, while an improving Roscommon continue to turn heads. At the bottom Down are down and Cork travel to Offaly for a relegation showdown.

We discuss life on the bubble of the Tailteann Cup, as Fermanagh rage about the point that wasn’t in Mullingar and Limerick and Louth set course for the Sam Maguire. The Tailteann Cup may be what teams make of it, or it may be another Tommy Murphy Cup. We don’t yet know.

We’ll have a full preview of hurling semi-finals and relegation/promotion play-offs on Thursday!
