Thomas Tuchel Previews Chelsea's Clash Against Tottenham

Chelsea welcome Tottenham to Stamford Bridge this afternoon as Thomas Tuchel looks to keep up the Blues' fantastic record against their London rivals. Chelsea are looking to extend their unbeaten run against Spurs to 12 games in all competitions.

However, this Tottenham side is arguably the strongest we've seen for some time. Antonio Conte has been backed massively this summer in the transfer market as the former Chelsea boss continues to put his stamp on his squad.

Spurs have brought in six new players in Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Djed Spence, Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Clement Lenglet – spending just short of £100million. After finishing fourth last season, Tottenham are now being tipped by many for third-place in the Premier League.

Roy Keane, who has often been brutally critical of Spurs in the past, has been very complimentary regarding the north London club – in what should come as a stern warning to Chelsea ahead of this afternoon's meeting at the Bridge.

When asked on Sky Sports last weekend if Spurs should be treated seriously this season, Keane replied: "Yeah, 100 per cent.
