If you’re ever in need of some real hard truths, Roy Keane is probably the man you should go to.

The former Manchester United enforcer made a career out of his no-nonsense approach to dominating the midfield and that hard-as-nails persona spilled over into his broadcasting days.

Keane is absolute blockbuster material every time he gets in front of a camera and, despite his grouchiness and sharp tongue, dove-tails beautifully with other pundits.

His relationship with Micah Richards has blossomed into one of television’s best duos while his exchanges with the likes of Jamie Carragher, Gary Neville and Ian Wright are always worth a watch.

Wednesday night was no different as Roy headed to Anfield to cover the FA Cup fifth-round clash between Liverpool and Norwich.

Having promptly called Wright ‘childish’ for his story about touching the famous ‘This is Anfield’ sign, Keane then turned his ire to Tottenham Hotspur.

Of course, Keane was frightfully unimpressed and let everyone know about it with his summation of the current predicament at Spurs.
