Rosie O'Donnell fumes over Trump's involvement with FIFA after US star's red card: 'It's sickening'

Rosie O’Donnell is once again upset with President Donald Trump. This time, it’s about the World Cup.
O’Donnell, 64, was livid that Trump reached out to FIFA President Gianni Infantino to ask the organization to review the decision to give U.S. soccer star Folarin Balogun a red card. The red card meant Balogun would have been suspended for the team’s knockout match against Belgium on Monday, but FIFA decided to suspend the one-game ban after Trump’s call.
"The fact that he called up FIFA and had the penalty revoked for the American team and America was like, ‘Yeah, that’s good! I didn’t think it was a red card anyway!’ Well, you’re not the freakin’ ref! You don’t get to decide!" O’Donnell told Variety.
