Likewise, Didier Drogba, who is renowned as one of the most fearsome forwards of his era.

Wayne Rooney remains to this day England and Manchester United’s highest scorer ever, so we’d go as far as to suggest that Wazza is an absolute banker.

Meanwhile more recently, the sheer consistency from Sergio Aguero, Harry Kane and Mohamed Salah will surely be enough to lift them into contention against the old guard.
