Ronan Keating's ex had high hopes for son Jack and Antigoni on Love Island

He's yet to find romance in Casa Amor after arriving in the Love Island villa in Friday night's episode. And it appears that Jack Keating's mum Yvonne Connolly had high hopes for her boy hitting it off with singer Antigoni Buxton.

Before Jack, Yvonne's son with her singer ex husband Ronan Keating, made his debut show bosses shares a stunning photo of Antigoni gazing out over the balcony with the caption 'when will my husband arrive in the villa?'. And Yvonne couldn't resist replying on Friday with a winking emoji: "Sooner than you think Antigoni."

Yvonne, who split from Boyzone star Ronan in 2010, added the hashtag: "#jackandAntigoni." But sadly Antigoni, 26, was given the boot from the villa in a double double dumping earlier in Friday night's episode. So never had the chance to get to know Jack as one of six new boys brought in to meet the girls.

Jack mentioned that his parents were no longer together during a chat with Gemma Owen on Sunday night's episode of the ITV dating contest. Ronan married model Yvonne in 1998 and they had three children together.

Jack was born in 1999 and daughters Missy and Ali born in 2001 and 2005. Life is a Rollercoaster singer Ronan met his second wife Storm Uechtritz on the set of the Australian X Factor and they married in 2015.

They have a son Cooper born in 2017 and a daughter Coco who they welcomed in 2020. On Monday night Ronan was quizzed about Jack being on Love Island on The One Show.

The 45-year-old admitted that he was an 'absolute mess' over seeing Jack on the ITV2 dating contest with the aim of finding romance in Mallorca and winning £50,000. He told hosts
