Romano: ‘Sources close to Mbappe deny PSG extension’ – two-year deal being reported
Kylian Mbappe is yet to make a decision about his future despite reports claiming he has agreed a new contract with PSG, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The French superstar is out of contract at the end of the season with Real Madrid fighting to bring the player to the Santiago Bernabeu.

It was reported earlier this week that the former Monaco forward made the decision to join Madrid with it set to be announced later this month.
However, French outlet Le Parisien reported on Thursday that Mbappe has agreed a two-year deal with the option for an additional year with his current club.
They claimed that the 23-year-old signed a deal worth €50m per year, with a €100m signing-on bonus.
Trusted transfer journalist, Fabrizio Romano, has been on the case, stating that Mbappe’s representatives have denied the rumours that he has reached an agreement with PSG or Real Madrid.
He wrote on Twitter: “Sources close to Kylian Mbappé deny any agreement reached with PSG… or Real Madrid. He’s still thinking about it with his family. Decision to be made soon.”
Romano then reported a statement from Mbappe’s mother. She said: “There’s NO agreement in principle with Paris Saint-Germain or any other club. Discussions around Kylian’s future continue in great serenity to allow him to make the best choice, in the respect of all the parties.”
