Rochelle Humes reveals her and husband Marvin's 'rule' as she's told she's 'not to be underestimated'

Rochelle Humes has revealed the 'rule' she and her husband have that makes their relationship work alongside family life and their careers. It comes as the This Morning star was described as someone 'not to be underestimated' as she graced the cover of Women's Health.

Rochelle, 34, has spoken to the mag about how the couple get "p****d off" with each other but are open to telling each other their issues at home where they raise their three children - Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina Raine, six, and son, Blake Hampton, three.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2012 at a lavish bash at Blenheim Palace and share kids, have had busy schedules of late with Rochelle doing spells on This Morning while running her businesses - My Little Coco, Cloudcha and talent agency The RH Group, while Marvin recently went Down Under for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! last year alongside being in JLS and his DJ work.

Revealing more details about her relationship, Rochelle told Women's Health: "If I’m p****d off, I’m telling him; if he’s p****d off, he’s telling me. We’re not mind readers. We know we love each other and all of that…But there’s a lot that comes in the middle of that – three kids, work, life."

It is then she revealed to Women's Health UK magazine: "We’ve always had this rule that we can’t both shine at once. So, if he’s on tour, I’m gonna pull back…I’m on the school run – because we always make sure it’s one of us on the school run – and working in the school hours."
