River Island fans 'in love' with winter coat that will make any outfit look instantly more expensive

River Island fans say they have 'fallen in love' with a winter coat that is perfect for anybody heading to Christmas parties, work dos, and other festive occasions. The high-street label coat, which looks considerably more expensive than its price tag, will instantly elevate even the most basic of outfits.

River Island's Black Embellished Longline Coat costs £130, but fashion fans insist it is worth the investment. The coat is already blowing up on social media and a video of it being worn by Louise Roe and has been reshared by fashion influencer @megan.carole.

Sharing a video of the coat on Instagram, Megan said: "Full look from @riverisland my go to for those perfect a/w outfits whether that be for a chilled coffee date or cocktails with the girls. Check out my stories to see how I’ve styled the ‘it coat of the season!" [star emoji] #ImWearingRI."

The Black Embellished Longline Coat features diamanté embellishment and front pockets with notch lapels. It has long sleeves for extra cosiness and is a longline length.

It's currently available in sizes six to 18, and is suggested to be paired with River Island's £45 Silver Metallic Straight Leg Trousers for an upmarket party look. River Island customers have been praising the coat online.
