Report: Spurs emerge as most likely destination for ‘exciting’ player, same agents as Bissouma

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte may have received a timely boost in his chase for a world-class centre-back signing amid an emerging update involving Eintracht Frankfurt’s Evan Ndicka.
