Report Reveals Top 10 Most Watched Games in Q1 2022 and Insane Viewing Numbers

The gaming industry/community love streaming platforms and a recent report has revealed the top 10 most watched games in Q1 2022.

Although many love to just play the latest games, a lot of people also enjoy watching other players stream their favourite games.

It is easy to see why this is enjoyable as many of the most popular streamers like TimTheTatman are not just good at all the popular games, they also add a great comedic value to their content.

The most popular watched games are always changing, and with so many fan favourites like Grand Theft Auto, League of Legends and Apex Legends have made some movement on this list compared to Q4 2021.

Obviously the gaming community aren’t always focused on one game. In fact there are many that streamers play on platforms such as Twitch and YouTube for hours on a daily basis on a plethora of titles.

This latest information has been gathered thanks to a report from Stream Hatchet, and it was then revealed on Twitter by Apex Legends News a.k.a @AlphaIntel.

The stats have been shown by the amount of hours the games have been watched on Twitch, YouTube Gaming and Facebook Gaming.

The study, which revealed the most watched games on streaming platforms in Q1 2022 also revealed the rank changes in the top 10 since Q4 2021.

Lost Ark and Elden Ring have also joined the Top 10, with both games getting global releases in the first quarter of 2022 to huge critical and commercial success.

Valorant has gone up two places, Apex Legends has gone up seven places and Fortnite has gone up five places, whilst Minecraft has dropped five places, Garena Free Fire has gone down three places and CS:GO has dropped by two places.

It will be very interesting to see how this list changes when Q2 2022
