Waller, 29, has two years remaining on his current deal but wanted an adjustment more in line with his level of play. The 2020 Pro-Bowler posted back-to-back 1,000 yard receiving seasons in 2019 and 2020 before injuries limited him to just 11 games in 2021.
Last season, Waller caught 55 passes for 665 yards and two touchdowns.
Over his six-year career with the Raiders, and Baltimore Ravens, the Landover, Maryland native has 270 receptions for 3,184 yards and 16 touchdowns.
More to come.
