Report: Lakers hire Ham as new head coach
It appears the Los Angeles Lakers have their new head coach.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Lakers have hired Milwaukee Bucks assistant Darvin Ham and signed him to a four-year contract.

The Lakers had an formal interview with Ham on Thursday and offered him the job on Friday.
The 48-year-old has been with the Bucks since 2018 and held assistant coaching roles with the Atlanta Hawks from 2013 to 2018 and the Lakers from 2011 to 2013.
Ham, a native of Saginaw, Michigan, had an eight-year career in the NBA as a player from 1996 to 2005, helping the Detroit Pistons win the league title in 2004.
