Record-breaking Tammy Abraham fires Chelsea transfer warning over Armando Broja decision
Tammy Abraham has been only improved since leaving Chelsea. Finishing his first season in Serie A with Roma at 17 goals and four assists, the 24-year-old has become the record English scorer in a single Serie A campaign.
Back in August, when the £34m deal was agreed for Abraham to leave Stamford Bridge to join Jose Mourinho in Rome, few would've predicted that Abraham would end up having a more successful season than Romelu Lukaku, the player the Blues had just broken their transfer record to re-sign.
Abraham is not the only academy graduate Chelsea sold last summer who has gone on to impress. Marc Guehi and Tino Livramento have both become established names in Premier League lineups, whilst Fikayo Tomori continues to be regarded as one of Europe's best young defenders at AC Milan.

Abraham's development has only furthered the frustration over Chelsea's inability to find a consistent goalscorer under Thomas Tuchel, with both Lukaku and Kai Havertz failing to nail down the main striking spot.
As we head towards this summer, Tuchel, under new ownership, will hope to find the solution to the Blues' long-standing profligacy and head into next term with a more productive attack.
