Real Madrid 3-1 PSG: David Alaba's wild celebration after Karim Benzema's winner

Real Madrid beat Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday evening in one of the greatest Champions League games in history.

PSG led Real 2-0 on aggregate going into the final 30 minutes of the tie. The Spaniards looked well and truly down and out.

But Karim Benzema inspired an incredible comeback to send his side through to the next round.

Benzema got his side back in the game in the 61st minute as he pounced on Gianluigi Donnarumma’s error.

He bagged his second of the night in the 76th minute to level up the tie.

And, incredibly, he notched his hat-trick moments later to complete the comeback.

PSG immediately gave the ball away from kick-off and Real went on the attack. The ball fell to Benzema who produced an exquisite finish in what turned out to be the winner.

Benzema’s third goal came just 12 seconds after PSG took the kick-off.
