Ratings: Bundee Aki sets the tone again in gripping Irish win

It's three wins from three for Ireland at the Rugby World Cup, after a brutal and enthralling 13-8 win against the defending champions South Africa at the Stade de France.

Ireland survived a nervy start at the lineout to grind out a gutsy victory, and taking a big step towards a place in the quarter-finals.

Here's how we rated Andy Farrell's side...

Hugo Keenan - 7

Came up with a big break in the opening half and was stopped just short of the line. Misjudged one high ball in which he was beaten in the air by Willemse, but was reliable as always.

Mack Hansen - 7

Scored the only Irish try and gave supporters heart palpitations by almost running over the dead-ball line. Reliable under high balls early on in the game and did incredibly well to retain possession when he was met with huge tackles as he hit the ground.

Garry Ringrose - 8

It was his brilliant pass that played in Keenan for what was almost the opening try, while he combined with James Lowe for a brilliant tackle and turnover on Kurt-Lee Arendse on 17 minutes when Ireland were under big pressure.

Bundee Aki - 9

The player of the tournament so far. Aki picked up where he left off last week, leading the team in carries, and it was his two breaks into space with moments of each other that gave Ireland position for their try. Came up with a huge turnover in the final two minutes on top of it, while his perfect tackle on Jesse Kriel just short of the Irish tryline on 24 minutes created the opportunity for Doris to make a vital steal.

James Lowe - 7

Heavily involved in some of the game's crucial moments. His final pass to Hansen for the try was perfect, while he made two big turnovers in the opening half. His big highlight was lifting Eben Etzebeth up off the ground to
