Rashford, McTominay, Varane - Manchester United injury news and return dates ahead of AFC Bournemouth

Manchester United have received both good and bad news on the injury front ahead of this evening's clash with AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League.

United's season looks like it will be defined by the outcome of the FA Cup after a disappointing second season under Erik ten Hag. The Reds crashed out of the Champions League with a whimper and weren't much better in the Carabao Cup.

Meanwhile, the league has seen them drop off the pace too and they now seem destined for Europa League football at best next season. In his defence, Ten Hag will point to the amount of injuries his side has suffered as reason for his team's drop off and those problems persist ahead of the encounter with the Cherries.
