It was a dismal night all round for the men in blue.

A bruising 3-0 defeat at Celtic sent Rangers tumbling off the Premiership summit as Ange Postecoglou's side took control of the title race.

A double from Reo Hatate was followed up by a Liel Abada goal to cap a rampant first-half display from the home side at Celtic Park.

The third, in particular, was a hammer blow for Giovanni van Bronckhorst 's side as they went into the interval with their hopes of recovery all-but extinguished.

It also summed up a torrid evening for left-back Borna Barisic.
