Rangers reaching Europa League Final with team costing under £20m is momentous and proves they're best in Scotland - Hotline

The Europa League Final awaits in just 11 days’ time and all and sundry who had written off Rangers - including Bayern Munich legend Lothar Matthaus who dubbed them ‘third-rate’ after Dortmund’s scalp was taken - were made to eat their words.
