Rangers in Seville LIVE as fans pack their bags for a Europa League date with destiny

The day is fast approaching and Rangers fans are on their way.

Even as they board flights, buses, trains and everything in between to chart a course for Seville, there's probably more than a few who can still scarcely believe what awaits.

And that's the Europa League Final, a prospect which would've had you laughed out of Ibrox when the club were dragging themselves through the lower leagues not so long ago.

But it is real, it is happening and tens of thousands of supporters will follow Giovanni van Bronckhorst and his team all the way.

The club were allocated only 9500 tickets for the clash with Eintracht Frankfurt at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium on Wednesday night but that won't stop tens of thousands more flocking to Spain for a party.

Authorities will open the nearby Estadio La Cartuja to give ticketless travellers a place to watch the action while a fan zone will also be set up in the city.

It's set to be a historic few days in the club's history and there could be a major European trophy waiting at the end.

And they're asked what part should the highly impressive Alex Lowry play, not just in Spain but in the looming Scottish Cup Final?
