Rangers suffered a late blow in Leipzig and are not heading straight in to an early Sunday showdown with Celtic with the Premiership crown on the line.
The big games keep coming thick and fast but Gers fans are not giving up on the European dream – or on holding on to the title.
Eddie Easson, Ballingry, said: “A good result for Rangers and still all to play for. Massive game on Sunday do they go for it?
“Of course they will, they have to. To surrender their title to Celtic would be catastrophic.”
John Bruce, Glasgow, said: “Most Rangers fans would have taken a 1-0 defeat, as it would have kept us in the tie.
“The Germans are in for an assault on their senses next week when they visit a packed and noisy Ibrox and discover that Rangers are still very much in this.”
