Rangers: Europa League win would change transfer plans at Ibrox

Rangers boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst will need to attract players who can make the Gers a force in the Champions League and clinch Scottish Premiership titles if the Europa League trophy heads back to Ibrox, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.
