Rams WR Davante Adams exits with hamstring injury - ESPN
INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams did not return to Sunday's Week 15 game against the Detroit Lions after suffering a noncontact hamstring injury.
Adams sustained the injury while running a route. He fell to the ground during the play and stayed down on the ground for some time. The wide receiver walked off the field under his own power and headed to the Rams locker room.
He was listed as questionable to return but did not re-enter the game.
On the next drive, wide receiver Puka Nacua was helped off the field with what was later announced as cramps. He was listed as questionable to return but eventually made his way back to the field.
Adams was on the injury report in the week leading up to the game with a left hamstring injury. He was listed as questionable to play in the game but head coach Sean McVay said Friday that he'd «be very surprised» if Adams did not play against the Lions.
Adams had four catches for 71 yards in the game before his injury.
