Ralf Rangnick breaks Thomas Tuchel Manchester United silence as Chelsea's accounts frozen

Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has dismissed speculation linking Thomas Tuchel with Manchester United. In a week where sanctions were imposed by the UK government against the Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, the Champions League winners have been left in limbo.
