Raging Roy Keane eviscerates Rod Stewart over 'bully' claim as he asks Celtic crooner 'who do you think you are?'

Raging Roy Keane let Rod Stewart hear it for branding him a 'bully' – asking the rocker 'who do you think you are?'

And the Manchester United hero also thinks he's 'rubbish' and failed to deliver when he went to see him live. Keane is known for his fiery personality and it's part of what made him a roaring success under Sir Alex Ferguson, lifting seven Premier League titles and becoming the most successful captain in the club's history. But he's had his criticisms for going over the top, particularly in his spells as a coach and a manager.

Gabby Agbonlahor labelled him a 'bit of a bully' and that's a sentiment Stewart echoed, seemingly out of nowhere, on talkSPORT back in 2021. And Keane was asked on the Stick is Football Podcast what he did to spark the Celtic daft rockstar's ire. And an angry Keane replied: “I did nothing, why do you think I did something? Rod Stewart slags everybody off. Who does he think he is? He has a go at everybody! He’s not great. Great at what? Singing? I saw him a few years ago, he was rubbish that night. Rubbish, I swear. We have bad games, I didn’t say he’s not a good singer, he was just rubbish that night I saw him.

Asked what made him 'bad', Keane went on: "His voice! He had a bad night. He’s pushing on a bit now, there must come a point like a boxer where as a singer you go, 'You’ve had a good run, enough’s enough'.
