Race won: Wilson lands Rangers deal for sought-after teenage gem, GvB will be buzzing - opinion

Rangers have reportedly secured a deal to bolster their youth ranks at Ibrox during the summer transfer window…

According to The Sun, the Light Blues have won the race to land sought-after teenager Lancelot Pollard ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

Another reason why he will be delighted with this deal is that Pollard could be an excellent signing for the Glasgow giants.

The Sun’s report also states that he was one of the ‘top talents’ in Aberdeen’s youth academy and that Rangers were impressed by his performances at U18 level. This suggests that they believe he has the potential to make the step
