Relegated outfit Gillingham will be looking to rebuild under Neil Harris following a dismal 2021/22 campaign, with the ex-Cardiff City manager unable to save them from the drop.

This step down provides them with the chance to rebuild in one positive for the Gills – and they will be hoping to get themselves back to the third tier at the first time of asking next season.
