QPR 1-1 Swansea City: Late Dykes strike denies Swans first win of Championship season

Swansea City were denied their first win of the new Championship season after Lyndon Dyke's late header salvaged a point for Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road.

Josh Ginnelly's bizarre opener after just seven minutes initially looked to be enough for the visitors, who produced some reasonably encouraging signs under the lights in west London.

But Dykes' goal at the death dealt a suckerpunch to Swans' hopes of a positive response from their South Wales derby heartache, with a late red card for Ollie Cooper only compounding the feeling of disappointment.
