PWHL Hamilton signs Charge captain Brianne Jenner
Ottawa Charge captain and free agent Brianne Jenner has been signed to a three-year agreement PWHL Hamilton in the expansion team's first acquisition.
Hamilton announced the news Friday.
Jenner was considered one of the Charge’s foundational players heading into the PWHL's inaugural season three years ago, and has served as captain since.
The 35-year-old from Oakville, Ont., closed out this past regular season with 26 points in 30 games played.
The charge lost the Walter Cup to the Montréal Victoire last month.

Last month, the pro women's hockey league announced its expansion to Hamilton and Las Vegas, bringing the league to 12 teams.
