PSG considering SHOCK move for Jose Mourinho

PSG are considering making a shock move for Jose Mourinho this summer - as they prepare to part ways with current boss Mauricio Pochettino.

The former Chelsea and Real Madrid coach still has two years left on his current deal at Roma having signed a three-year deal with the Italian side at the start of last season.

The 59-year-old has emerged a surprise frontrunner after his recent success in Italy, with his side winning the first ever Europa Conference League final in May.

Mourinho signed a three-year deal with Roma last summer after getting sacked from Tottenham, despite getting them to a domestic cup final.

The Portuguese coach has exceeded expectations at the Stadio Olimpico this year, beating Feyenoord 1-0 in the Europa Conference League title and securing a spot in the Europa League next season through their league position.

With his recent success, the Roma boss has become a surprise candidate to succeed Mauricio Pochettino in the PSG dugout - with the Argentine expected to leave in the coming days.

PSG are reportedly finalising the sacking of Pochettino and are ready to announce the departure of director of Leonardo, as they begin to make changes.

The former Tottenham boss is under contract with the French outfit until the end of next season, but speculation surrounding his future has been mounting for months.

It was reported recently that star forward Kylian Mbappe wants to see 14 people leave the French side this summer in a mass cull - including manager Pochettino.
