Premier League 22/23: Game Week 6 predictions

The Premier League is now in its sixth game week for the 22-23 season, so here we have our predictions for how we think the fixtures will play out.

The first round of midweek fixtures which occurred during game week five did certainly not disappoint. We had it all, from last gasp winners at Anfield to yet another hat-trick for Manchester City starlet Erling Haaland – the Premier League is well and truly back ladies and gentlemen.

But now we turn our attention to game week six, where we have another batch of delicious fixtures to sink our teeth into.

So, with this – here are our predictions for how we think the fixtures in game week 6 will play out.

Still yet to register a win Everton take on Liverpool in one of the biggest fixtures of the weekend – the Merseyside derby. We can see this going only one way.

Prediction: Everton 0 – 3 Liverpool

Both sides look sharp this season, so this could be an interesting encounter. Home advantage could play a factor here, which is why we’re leaning Brentford‘s way.

Prediction: Brentford 2 – 1 Leeds

West Ham United come off the back of game week five with a great result against Spurs, whereas Chelsea suffered a loss and look to be in a bit of a pickle thus far. We think this has a draw written all over it.

Prediction: Chelsea 1 – 1 West Ham

Two very decent sides. This should be a cracker of a fixture, but we think a draw is on the cards.

Prediction: Newcastle 2 – 2 Crystal Palace

An underwhelming fixture between two sides that are certainly amongst the relegation candidates for this campaign, however, Nottingham Forest seem to have the superior side on paper.
