Poroshenko on the shelling after the fire at the Roshen warehouse, which was hit by an enemy drone at night

The leader of European Solidarity, Petro Poroshenko, responded to the night shelling of the Roshen warehouse in Yahotyn, Kyiv region, which was hit by an enemy drone.

On his Facebook page, he posted photos of the fire at the warehouse and stressed that Russia is deliberately attacking not military targets, but energy, railways, logistics and the economy in order to deprive Ukrainians of light, heat, work and a sense of tomorrow.

‘This is not just a war for territory. This is a war against normal life. Against life itself,’ Poroshenko said.

He stressed that Ukraine is held together by its people — firefighters, rescuers, energy workers, railway workers and businesses that continue to operate and pay taxes despite the destruction.

‘Russia wants us to be tired and afraid. But every time after such attacks, we see something else — endurance, dignity and a country that does not fall apart, even when it is bombarded daily with shahids and rockets,’ said the leader of the European Solidarity party.

The politician thanked Ukrainians for their strength, support and solidarity, calling them the ‘real energy’ that is keeping the country going at this time.
