Popular WWE star to make Hollywood debut

Step aside The Rock and John Cena, WWE has a new Hollywood star in the form of Liv Morgan.

Deadline is reporting that Liv Morgan (real name Gionna Daddio), will be starring in a Hollywood movie alongside some of acting’s biggest names.

The movie is ‘The Kill Room’, and features top names including Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman, with Deadline’s report stating:

“WWE Superstar Liv Morgan will make her film debut in Yale Entertainment’s darkly comic thriller, The Kill Room. She joins an ensemble that also includes Uma Thurman, Samuel L. Jackson, Joe Manganiello, Maya Hawke, Debi Mazar, Larry Pine, Dree Hemingway and Leah McSweeney, as previously announced.

The film centers on hitman Reggie (Manganiello), his boss (Jackson), an art dealer (Thurman) and their money laundering scheme that accidentally turns the hitman into an overnight Avant-Garde sensation, forcing the dealer to play the art world against the underworld. Morgan will play an art purist who bemoans the vapidness of art dealers.”

Liv Morgan, who is currently on the Raw brand, is locked in a feud with Rhea Ripley and Edge’s Judgement Day faction.

Morgan will team with AJ Styles and Finn Balor at Hell in a Cell tomorrow night to take on Ripley, Edge and Damian Priest.

The match is likely to put the feud to bed, although some have speculated that the bout could be used to debut another member of the Judgement Day faction.

If Morgan is going to be starring in the film, it’s very likely that she’s going to need to take some time off TV, but as of right now, there’s no word on when that’s going to be.
