Police wish to speak to these men in connection with an attempt burglary at Salford apartment block

Police have issued CCTV footage of two men they want to speak to in connection with an attempted burglary at a block of flats in Salford.

Officers were called to apartment complex on Middlewood Street on 18 April 2023. Detectives investigating the case have now released a clip of two men who they believe can assist with their enquiries.

They are calling for the public's help to identify the two men pictured, and to contact Swinton Neighbourhood Crime Team.

In a statement Greater Manchester Police said: "On Tuesday 18 April 2023, Greater Manchester Police were called to reports of a burglary at an apartment complex at Middlewood Street, Salford.

"Officers investigating this incident have followed up on a number of lines of enquiry and are now in a position to ask for the public's assistance.

"Police have released footage of two men they would like to speak to as it’s believed they could assist with enquiries Anyone with information that may help identify those pictured are asked to contact Swinton Neighbourhood Crime Team on 0161 856 5272 quoting log 2442 of 18/4/23."

Information can be passed on anonymously by calling the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
