Police issue appeal after man, 41, goes missing near Wigan

Police are appealing for help to find a man who has gone missing near Wigan.

Martin Moore, from Garswood near Ashton-in-Makerfield, was last seen at his home on Sunday (October 9). The 41-year-old is described as being 5ft 7in tall and of slim build.

He has short, red hair which is bald in parts and a beard, police said. Martin was last seen wearing jogging pants, a hoodie, trainers and a cap.

Officers said he is often in the Merseyside region. 'Extensive enquiries' are ongoing to find Martin and police are urging anyone who sees him to get in touch.
