Police hunting wanted suspect following 'knifepoint robbery'

Officers are searching for a man wanted in connection with a knifepoint robbery. Greater Manchester Police is trying to locate Vijai Gabriel Munteanu.

The 32-year-old, from Manchester, is wanted with failure to attend court and knifepoint robbery. An urgent appeal to find Munteanu was issued by GMP City Centre on social media earlier today (October 31).

Anyone who sees Munteanu or has information on his whereabouts is urged to come forward as soon as possible. A GMP City Centre spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Manchester.
