The Northern Quarter institution has been tucked away for 16 years, getting better and better each year. Candle lit, exposed brick, three floors and an intimate smoking terrace, Trof is perfect for a cosy winter evening.

It has recently launched a stunning new cocktail menu, which sits alongside local craft beers, specialist wine selection and a premium spirit range. If it’s more than a drink you’re looking for, Trof is famous for its Sunday roast dinners and authentic, hearty, northern grub - the rest of the week.

Outside of the everyday, Trof runs an impressive happy hour every weekday (from 5pm to 9pm), a popular pub quiz (every Wednesday) and a very talented Open Mic Night (the last Thursday of every month).
