Pink fans warned of 'two hour' waits to get out of car parks again after huge Bolton Stadium gig

Pink fans have been warned of two hour waits to get out of car parks following her second huge night at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Ticket holders who have attended the gig and opted to park their cars in car parks at, and near to, the stadium have been braced for more potential waits as over 30,000 fans spill out of the venue on Thursday night (June 8).

The news comes just a day after concert-goers told of scenes of 'total and utter chaos' following her first show on Wednesday, that left hundreds trapped in car park for hours.

More than two hours after the show ended, hundreds of cars were still stuck in the car park, prompting Bolton stadium bosses to release a statement saying they were 'reviewing the plan' ahead of the second gig.

Advice shared online by Marshall Arts Limited says: "Parking immediately around the University of Bolton Stadium is extremely restricted.

"Residential streets in the vicinity of the stadium are also subject to parking permit restrictions. Parking enforcement officials will be in operation.

"Stewards and marshals will be on site to provide any assistance as you arrive and leave the concert car parks. We anticipate that it is likely to take up to two hours for all cars to leave the car parks and surrounding area due to traffic.

"We ask that for your assistance and patience as we get everyone out of the car parks, off site and on their way home as quickly and safely as possible."
