Pick your Liverpool team to take on Arsenal in the Premier League

Liverpool return to Premier League action on Wednesday night when they take on Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

Jurgen Klopp’s side claimed a 2-0 win over Brighton at the Amex Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Luis Diaz headed the Reds ahead before Mohamed Salah added a second from the penalty spot. The Reds then watched on last night as Manchester City were held to a goalless draw by Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Pep Guardiola's side may have dominated possession, but they struggled in front of goal.

Liverpool are now four points behind Guardiola’s side in the table and have received a fitness boost ahead of Wednesday’s game as Jurgen Klopp confirmed this morning that Mohamed Salah is likely to be fit for the clash. Salah was substituted shortly after scoring from the penalty spot on Saturday after picking up a foot injury. Ibrahima Konate is also fit again after missing the last two matches, but James Milner and Kostas Tsimikas are both sidelined due to illness.
