Under-fire boss Philippe Clement faces a "defining" 10 days to keep his job at Rangers following defeat to Kilmarnock.

I've been the one that has said they have given him the contract and they need to stop this rinse and repeat with players and managers - 'right you need to use this squad, then somebody else comes in' - it has to stop at some stage.

"But, I ultimately understand it's a results business. I do think the squad is good enough to get results, especially domestically, but it's getting the best out of them. If it doesn't pick up - performances as well - you are in a high stakes position. You won't last long."
