Phil Neville reveals Wolves transfer discussion as Jorge Mendes triangle emerges

Here are your latest Wolves headlines...

On-loan Wolves forward Leonardo Campana bagged a hat-trick for Inter Miami to seal their first MLS win of the season at the weekend. The Ecuadorian netted twice in six first half minutes before scoring an 88th minute winner to clinch a 3-2 victory over New England Revolution. As reward for scoring the first hat-trick in Inter Miami’s history, Campana has been named MLS player of the week.

Campana already has 10 caps for Ecuador’s national team and joined Miami with the clear goal of representing his country at the World Cup. Ecuador have been drawn in Group A and will open the World Cup against hosts Qatar on November 21.

Neville added: “I met him when he was coming here to look around and the first thing he said was, ‘I want to go to the World Cup’. So I said, ‘You join this club and we’ll get you there’.

“He works so hard and knows what he has to work on. He’s an intelligent boy from a really good family, with a sporting background. He knows how to behave as a professional. When you look at him you think he’s 28, when he’s only 21.

“After the first game against Chicago, the thing we really worked on, we got one of the young centre-backs - Modesto (Mendez), who is a little tiger - and kept saying, ‘Just keep going in
