Pep Guardiola gives Nathan Ake injury update as Man City boss makes treble claim

Here are your Manchester City headlines on Friday, April 23.

Guardiola confirms Ake injury

Nathan Ake has been ruled out of Manchester City's clash with Sheffield United in the FA Cup.

Ake has been a pivotal part of the City team this season and has nailed down the left-back role, allowing the team to allow Joao Cancelo to leave on loan to Bayern Munich. With so many potential pitfalls between now and the end of the season, Guardiola will not countenance questions on the Treble until they have two trophies in the bag and are in Istanbul for the Champions League
