Pep Guardiola gives Man City injury update for RB Leipzig
Pep Guardiola does not expect to have new faces available for Manchester City's game against RB Leipzig.
Jack Grealish, Matheus Nunes and Mateo Kovacic all missed the Liverpool game at the weekend as well as Kevin De Bruyne, with the Blues failing to name a full bench for the second Premier League game in a row despite including two goalkeepers. Guardiola will not change his views on the size of the squad he likes to work with, although he does not have many options with injuries biting.
City will not be undergoing any intensive work ahead of the Champions League match as they continue to recover from the Liverpool game, but do have a training session on Monday ahead of it. Guardiola will be able to see then exactly who he has available, although the manager isn't hopeful of having any more players back; John Stones is in training but is not being rushed back into games.

"We have training but we will see this afternoon. We will do the second day of recovery, we won't do absolutely anything," said the manager.
"I'm not optimistic about some people coming back but we will see. I think it will be the same people who played against Liverpool.
"John Stones is getting better. He's not for playing but maybe a few minutes, but he's really really close to coming back."
